rbergman Saw this band play live at Graceland Festival 2021 and was hooked instantly. The humoristic and sharp-minded, socially critical lyrics, make me smile and force me to think. The music wants me to move, with the tight rhythm section and the soulful sax or groovy rocking guitar. Very uplifting!

And if you can, get yourself a vinyl, or the accompanying book plus CD with all the news-cartoons and illustrations from cartoonist Trik. To be purchased via their website. Favorite track: Nazi Shmatzi.

More of the Obvious Less Now, before we walk through plate glass windows or choose to swim in barbed wire seas full of message in a bottle molotov cocktails served shaken like epileptic sailors upon catatonic cruiseships, Let us all take a moment to contemplate the fragility of the landscape ego eggshells and the growing crevice between corrupt consciousness and the evolution of the caterpillar from larva to corporate whore. And I say Amen. Now, most of us never spend a day of our lives searching for anything more than our car keys or telephones Like a television series stretched from one season to seven the plot is sometimes lost amongst us all. Taught with ideas that are bred to misrepresent, is it any wonder that the kid standing before the class is just target practice for rest. Sickness, this city, this suburb, these small towns sliding into the sewers as the rivers roll and the mud flows and the gutters collect insurance checks that will never be cashed. For this is more of the obvious less, the lesson most left off the agenda last, And I say I say I say Amen.

And this next song. And this next song goes out to all the Transgender treehuggers out there in the dark undefined forests of the world, where even the bears bitch and moan about where Caitlyn Jenner should be legally allowed to take a shit. And this next song goes out to all the immigrants everywhere, who don’t want to go back to their homelands but just want to feel welcome and safe where ever they land. And this next song And this next song And this next song Goes out to… And this next song goes out to all the victims of depression contemplating suicide, for I am here to tell ya that staying alive and growing old is where it’s at. And this next song goes out to all the touchy feely men who have been called out and put up againt the wall for exposing their balls. And this next song And this next song And this next song Goes out to… And this next song goes out to all the over confident human assholes who have had their asses handed to them by Mother Nature. And this next song goes out to all the pro-life predators and anti–abortion assholes who don't believe in healthcare but do believe in capital punishment. And this next song And this next song And this next song Goes out to… And this next song goes out to all the loose lipped boot licking PC liberals living large on the Upper West Side. And this next song goes out to all the gay and lesbian guys and gals, may your sexual preferences one day become a non-issue. And this next song goes out to Jesus Christ for having to put up with what Christianity has become for the rest of his eternal life. And this next song And this next song And this next song goes out to you.

We…are Doomed We… are doomed Yes, we… are doomed, to fall in love and to be alone. Yes, we are doomed, to be slaves to our libidos controlled by those goddamn telephones. Yes, we…are doomed, to do yoga and stretch the limits of our own relevance. Yes, we...are doomed, to mediate, to meditate in the hopes of alleviating that which we continiously seem to underestimate. We…are doomed, to raise bewildered children upon foam padded playgrounds suited up in kevlar, too heavy and diabetic to swing from those goddamn monkeybars. Yes, we…are doomed, to dance the dance of ants in our pants, over anxious and anxiety ridden can’t sit still information overload bladders full of fear. Yes, we…are doomed, to actually give a shit about dirty water and toxic air Yes, we…are doomed Yes, we…are doomed But we are smiling… For we the doomed, all you freaks, geeks and weirdos, filling up this room, we shine on. Yes, we…shine on! As the darkness absorbs that which is light, the light that shines brighest in the darkest of all of our doomed nights. Yes, we…are doomed Yes, we…are doomed. Well alright!

People 02:05
PEOPLE People with feelings whose feelings feel needy and unnoticed. People with feelings reactivist retarded feelings oversensitive human beings molested by their own sense of emotion. People with feelings hypocondriac bleedinghearts people with feelings staining hemp carpets with carbon footprints full of feelings. People with feelings souls crying the world dying People with feelings who can’t take a joke People with feelings mouths agape with vocal farting People with feelings feeding their own fists to the gaping hole in the middle of their over feeling faces. People with feelings I feel for you.

Emancipate 02:58
Emancipate Emancipate the white man from his born into this white privilege and liberate him from his He-Man Masters of the Universe status. Emancipate the oversexed white man from his public shame as he accepts his own blame for sending dick picks to secretaries and under age chicks for his libido has been raised as a Playboy slave led to believe thay every sexual advance from puberty on, should go his way. Emancipate the white businessman for his ascension up the ladder of success for he is only doing more or less what he deems to be his best and well those struggles of minorities and women are just not experiences that a white man of privilege can relate to or attest. Emancipate the elitist white golfers and doctors lawyers and CEO’s of evening news shows. Emancipate the God loving, Manifest Destiny white power preachers from their fear of their own daughters or sons being enaged in a genderfluid bi-racial matrimony. Emancipate the white man from the hole he and his predecessors have dug for themselves while at the same time burying all of those who have never fit into their blue eyed mold for the history of the world seen through the white mans eyes is a storyline narrative that is in dire need of being retold. Emancipate the white real estate developer from his trickle down economy and his God given right to gentrify every corner of every city, as poverty is not his problem when buying up and reselling properties at an overinflated rate. For the slow death of ethnic communities is his suit and tie contribution to the new age final solution. Emancipate the white liberal savior from his affirmative action saving grace and forgive his homage to Malcolm X last Halloween as just an honest mistake, for he did not know better, when he showed up at the office costume party in black face.

Suck 00:52
Suck the world through a plastic straw Eat fast food as a laxative Drown corporate fools in swimming pools Take opioids to kill the void Rock n Roll has been bought and sold Rock n Roll has been bought and sold Rock n Roll has been bought and sold Like politics and healthcare too. Does anyone even really care Does anyone even really care Does anyone even really care. Does anyone even really care.

I Believe 03:00
I believe that bad shit happens in the world because too often people don’t eat a proper breakfast. I believe in the simple purity of watching reruns of South Park and turning on my brain. I believe that God is just an idea that humanity created to fill the void. I believe that feeling that your choice is the only right choice is not very godlike. I believe that writing poetry can be a painkiller but not the cure for a poisoned world. I believe that trust is a five not a four letter word for a very good reason. I believe that giving in takes more courage then stepping out. I believe that telling a person off in person is infinitely more personal then texting them those words. I believe that natural selection has been bought and sold by Nestle. I believe that bad habits don’t make a person a bad person but just a bit uncomfortable to be around. I believe that everyday we should all take time out to do nothing. I believe that the overachievers are undermining the rest of us by not doing what I just said. I believe that sticks and stones can break my bones and that words well, they can ruin lifes. I believe that like it or not, we are all in this shit together. I believe that I have said enough about some of the things I do believe in. I believe that right about now it’s time to let someone else do some of that talking. Well, I believe that our beliefs too often just get in the way of all of us just getting it all on together.

Spoke to You 02:01
Spoke to You I spoke to you in a whisper washed away by white noise in black light room where what we conspired to do radiated neon electric impulse to pursue danger dig in the dirt behind the house that sits haunted by the memories of all our past forgotten plans. I should have seen it coming. But then again I never stopped to turn around.

The algorithm The algorithm eats ebola with whole fat milk and granola for breakfast. The algorithm is watching us but has a Hello Kitty sticker over its own camera so we can’t watch it. The algorithm is swaffeling Mark Zuckerberg. The algorithm has contracted chlamydia more times then Richard Brautigan ever did. The algorithm is on a keto diet but is having trouble keeping the weight of the world off its waistline. The algorithm is contemplating actually going back to its own shithole country. The algorithm is a shithole country. The algorithm is a plus size model and proud of its extra rolls of fat. The algorithm is busy updating the Kama Sutra. The algorithm exercises everyday upon the treadmill that s Joe Rogan’s tongue. The algorithm is wanted by the authorities in three different countries for back alimony payments. The algorithm is addicted to viagra and sticking its dick into everything. The algorithm blew out its lower back while twerking last time it was on Spring Break. The algorithm is still waiting on a sequel to the film Gummo. The algorithm is a big fan of the band Royal Trux. The algorithm still hasn’t made up its mind about the latest season of The Walking Dead. The algorithm is tired of all the 0’s and 1’s in it’s life. The algorithm jerks off to Porn Hub too. The algorithm doesn’t think it should be blamed for all the race baiting clickbait bullshit on the internet these days. The algorithm is waiting for its vacation money and plans on sipping pina coladas poolside somewhere were no one can find it but where it can keep an eye on everybody, all the time, every single day.

The day that Hip Hop Music Died its 2nd death. There was a shared attempt and everyone involved shook hands. They smiled at one another in agreement and said in a vernacular of the modern times, that it “was all good.” Upon getting into their own seperate Escalades and while driving home it dawned on some of them that they were actually still unconvinced and unsure of what they had agreed upon. Later in the evening messages were sent back and forth between the persons involved. Questions that still remained were asked and new requests were made. For what had hours before been seen as “all good” was now just sort of “ok”. For how could a situation be “all good” when it is realized that the “all” was too vague and that the “good” is too abstract to understand. The next morning the group decided to meet once again over coffee and small pastries, the conversation was picked up where it had been left off. There were less smiles this day and more frowns this time around. And after an hour of discussing and looking at their telephones, well there was little decided upon. The agreements of the previous day were decidely put on ice The agreemensts of the previous day were decidely put on ice. For what had been the day before seen as “all good” was now readjusted into a “let’s just wait and see” attitude. For this was the day that Hip Hop music died, its 2nd death. For this was the day, that Hip Hop music died its 2nd death.

It's the backstory to every bad dream The monster lurking in the closet of every confrontational moment This era of the truly crazed finding comfort in continiously creating confusion out of contradiction of cash money conformity of capitalizing on discomfort where coloring outside the lines is no longer a creatively persued impulse but as an act of pre-meditated provocation. Sinister scrawlings used to instigate the citizens of a nation to put down their pens and once again pick up their swords to start slicing at the common threads that bind us all. An untethered ship, political parties full of pirates. Madness goes on unchecked Mental illness now a pandemic. Our state of being is bruised and bleeding on the inside. Internal injuries will be the death of this land. Updated slogans sear the concrete “If you can’t take the heat, quarantine the kitchens and let the rich eat their soybeans off the street.” Awake to the evils of what comes too easy, The distance between here and the desire for whatever else might be out there, is infinite. The crybaby man child has taken over the control room and it’s mother and father with their faces in their Iphones. These will be just one of the denominating factors leading to the death of this land. Reincarnation of this world, well that, that will be the universe’s last laugh. Cross the t’s and dot the i’s there are x’s floating in the sky and there is cash being horded under the floorboards of the White House and the way that credit helps keep the clogged arteries of blood for money flowing is quite something i have to say. Our flat screens and belly binge watching got our activity levels flatlining and all those silver linings saved for rainy days just can’t protect us anymore from all those warm UV Rays. For one way or another for what it’s all worth we are being taught a lesson for the future to unlearn. As compassion is commodified into yet another catchphrase and empathy the afterthought of yet another predictable onslaught and black anger grows hotter than white heat, try imagining some suit and tie motherfucker dragging his family, across the desert in their bare feet.

“A halo on a razor edge, a remix of parallel times, the ludicrous sincerity of rhythm keeping the paces of joy and pain in synch. The Irrational Library’s is that score that settles the score for the under-scored.”
